BFW Firewall & Router

Hi, I have a problem and I did not realize what it is. At a number of days I block Internet computers behind the router pc, recovers after putty to get the PC and give the router iptables-F. Please tell me what to and can do without having to turn up without the Internet and give them more when I find iptables-F failed
