Hello,
I installed the BFW 2.31-10, works fine.
I have installed libpthread.tgz, after openvpn.tgz, reboot, but in Webadmin page in the menu nothing appears.
I used openvpn in the past with and old version of BFW without problems.
I don't understand.
Thanks to all

It also happened the same thing, then had the idea to enter the direct address, try and see if it works: http://ipBrazilFW/cgi-bin/openvpn.cgi and it worked, I think this may help.

I have done what you said, now I see the openvpn menu, done the settings, download the two key files, install the client, but the client does'nt connect, the only message in the BFW log file is:

After reinstallation of openvpn, the openvpn-beta4 appears in main menu, but now another problem:
In the firewall config exists the line:
admin Y permit udp any any 1194 #OpenVPN
but, the client couln't connect
....
Inactivity timeout (--ping-restart), restarting
SIGUSR1[soft,ping-restart] received, process restarting
Re-using pre-shared static key
LZO compression initialized
.....

With the help of rodrigoapp, see:
http://www.brazilfw.com.br/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=67530&p=159883&hilit=Inactivity+timeout+ping+restart+%2C+restarting#p159883
It was in final a problem of firewall, I freeed the port 1194:
admin Y permit all any any 1194 #OpenVPN
But what is the problem, I don't understand.
Thanks

If that was the only change "UDP to ALL" then (Sherlock Holmes) deduction says that another protocol was involved like TCP or ICMP or ...tell me where you got these packages from (saves me from searching) and I will test this out and post my conclusions here.
when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth
