Still without solution for https filtering-scheduling rules

Hello,
I'm always trying to filter https web site like requested in a previews topic (http://www.brazilfw.com.br/forum/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=79922)
and i can get it to work... i'm trying to block "https://secure.logmein.com" to ban logmein remote access.
Maybe some one of you have the same problem with logmein and have a solution ... ;o)
Another idea, is to block local ip(s) to access internet at some time/hours each day, but idon't know how to do it, so if you can help me, i'll be glad
