Restrict by IP in BFW3 (was: firewall.cgi in BFW2)

I used to be able to restrict access to a port by denying all and only allowing specific IPs or domains in BFW2. How do I do that in BFW 3.x? I've looked through all the menu options but cannot see a similar feature. I do not want to filter by MAC. It's fine if I have to edit .cfg files directly, although I would prefer not to have to add iptables entries to rc.local or rc.firewall.
