Problem to access local Web&Mail Server by Global IP or URL

First, very thanks to BrazilFW team.
I'm using BFW 3.0.249, but I got a problem. That is:
When i access my server(Web or Mail) by URL or global IP from PC2, sometimes it is OK, sometimes it is partly OK, sometime it is Timeout.
But if i access Web & Mail Server by using local IP from PC2, it is very good.
+------ Web & Mail Server (port forward for 25,110,80 in BFW3.0.249)
internet --+-- BFW 3.0.249 ------|
PC1-------+ +------ PC2
By the way, I can access my Web & Mail Server no problem from PC1 on internet side, it is fast and perfect.
Also, I used BFW 2.31.10 with no problems.
Additional problem: send mail error as follows:
SMTP-Error = "Unable to get UDP DNS response"
How could I do?
