Setup block of public IPs

Hello everybody,
I haven't been on here in a long time, so I hope everyone is well. I need help setting up a block of public IP addresses. I am running bfw ver 2.31.10 final.
I have two internet connections, one cable and one dsl. I got a block of 8 static IPs (5 usable) on the dsl because a couple of my customers need one (I own a small wisp.)
I have no idea how to forward them thru the bfw so they can use them. Here is how my network is setup:
LAN - BFW internal IP 10.0.1.254/24(customer ip range) and 172.16.1.254/24(equipment ip range)
WAN1 = DSL Reserved Network - 71.xx.xx.48/29; DSL Modem IP - 71.xx.xx.54; BFW External IP - 71.xx.xx.49
WAN2 = Cable Network - DHCP - single public IP

If anyone can point me in the right direction it would be very helpful.
Thanks in advance, and my apologies if I haven't included enough information.
