Do I need make any configuration after instalation dnscache.tgz ?
Or only what should do is turn on : 'Enable BrazilFW DNS Cache '' in DHCP and DNS Configuration ?

Turning on DNS caching uses memory cache which can only contain n number of entries. It is usually good enough and is recommended. (instead of ISP DNS)

That package permits you to have a cache on disk. The disk part is not necessary in order to turn on DNS caching. It is an extra. You need a second partition. This is something you may or may not have done when you installed BFW. Only you know this.
