BUT I did not find easycaptive .
PLEASE HOW TO ADD easycaptive IN BrazilFW 2.31 release 10

easycaptive is not part of a standard BFW install. It is an addon.

You get it from the link I posted above and you install it like any other addon: drop it in /mnt on the hard drive.

You should read posts that are left for you... and sometimes a little research will save a lot of time instead of waiting for replies. You could have saved a whole day maybe two if I had not replied today.
