mt -> Mount disk
cd /mnt -> change to disk point mount
wget http://www.brazilfw.com.br/downloads/addons/libpcap.tgz ->Donwload your addons
wget http://www.geocities.com/ahmedvlm/arpwatch.tgz ->Donwload your addons
umt -> Unmount disk (Gamba forgotten)
reboot -> Reboot

cp used to copy the file to /mnt.
After reboot the package is extracted automatically.
