L7-filter QoS module questions [INACTIVE]

I realize this isn't helpful information, but my brain is dribbling out my ear.

I am using Coyote 2.24 with the L7-filter QoS package. I have three computers on my lan, this is how I want to set them up.

Webserver
total minimums: 720kbps down, 720kbps up
Apache: 40kbps down, 30kbps up
Game Server (Half-Life 1 or Source): 680kbps down, 680kbps up

Computer 1 & 2
total minimums (for each): 2640kbps down, 40 kbps up

Can anybody tell me how I can do this? I realize this isn't an L7-Filter QoS package forum, but they don't have any forums, so I was hoping someone here might be able to answer the question.

I also read something about packet accelleration for Coyote for Half-Life servers. Is this part of the default set up, or do I need to find a package and install that?
