Intel PRO/100 e100 driver problem [INACTIVE]

Tested on 2.31.9-RC

I have a P100, with 2 nic Intel PRO/100 (driver e100). On the previous stable release 2.30.1, the reboot worked everytime. But now, with 2.31.9-RC, each time I reboot, link led on both nic turn off but don't turn on later. So, when the driver tries to initialise a nic, I receive the following message:

I have both nic on the same IRQ (PCI automatic configuration), can this be the culprit? But, it was working fine with 2.30.1. Is there a newer driver, or can I use the one present in 2.30.1 and how?
